We have set off and started a comprehensive strategy development process aimed at aligning our processes and organisation with sustainability criteria and implementing suitable measures. We have already achieved a great deal. We have set ourselves goals, improved processes and structures, initiated new projects and have already successfully implemented a number of them.
Our first sustainability programme ran from 2012 until the end of 2016. We now have to take stock and take results as the basis of our agenda for the next five years. This is what we are currently working on. We will use the materiality analysis for internal planning processes.
