Acting in a sustainable manner is a demand that we continuously work on fulfilling. To this purpose we have set ourselves concrete, ambitious goals for the next few years in the environmental, human and economic sectors that we want to use to gauge the success of our activities. The Gira sustainability index helps us in this constant performance measurement. For us, this index reflects the main and therefore control-relevant topics. To this purpose we have defined six areas which are at the same time our key performance indicators [KPIs]. In the future these will be used to show improvements but also possible negative developments, for example with regard to our energy consumption or attractiveness as an employer. It can therefore be seen at a glance whether we comply with our target range (100 points) or not and what our overall performance looks like.
